Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Who runs the site

The Stas Tritus website is owned and run by Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus), the author of the music published on it (the «rights holder», «we»). Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Information on the site and enquiries

The information on the site is general. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or changes not yet updated.

Sending a form on the site or a WhatsApp message is an enquiry only; it is not a contract and creates no obligation for either side.

3. Copyright in the tracks and songs

© 2026 Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus). All rights reserved. The music, lyrics, arrangements, melodies, sound recordings, track titles and covers published on this site are original works of Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus). All economic copyright and related rights in them belong to Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus) and are protected by the Law of Ukraine «On Copyright and Related Rights» and by international treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

Iryna's vocals on the tracks marked «feat. Iryna» are used with her consent; the economic rights in these recordings belong to Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus).

Allowed: listening to the tracks on this site for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

Not allowed without the prior written permission of Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus), in whole or in part: downloading the tracks or recording them while they play (including with stream-recording software); copying, distributing, selling or renting them; uploading them to other websites, streaming services, social networks, messengers or file-sharing services; performing or broadcasting them in public — in clubs, at events, in DJ sets, on radio, in live streams, in shops, cafés or other public places; using them in videos, films, advertising, games, podcasts or any other work (synchronisation); making remixes, edits, samples, covers, translations or adaptations of the lyrics; publishing the lyrics; registering the tracks or any part of them in your own name in content-recognition systems (Content ID and the like).

The rights holder expressly prohibits using the tracks, vocals and lyrics to train, test or feed artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems, and to create works imitating this voice, style or melodies. This is a reservation of rights against text and data mining, including within the meaning of Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790; it is also stated on the site in machine-readable form.

A licence to use a track (for an event, video, advert, remix, etc.) can be requested through the contact page or on WhatsApp +40 731 253 435. Permission is valid only in writing, signed by Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus), and only to the extent it states; listening to a track on the site transfers no rights.

Infringing copyright and related rights carries the liability provided by the law of Ukraine — civil (including damages or statutory compensation), administrative and criminal. If you find our tracks or lyrics where they should not be, please let us know.

4. Use of the site

Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, send offensive or misleading content through it, try to break into its systems, run robots or automated tools on it, or impersonate anyone else.

5. Other content on the site

The name Stas Tritus, the photos, texts and design of the site also belong to Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus) or to whoever licensed them, and are protected by law. They may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for damage caused by using the site, relying on general information on it, or a temporary fault — unless the law does not allow such an exclusion.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Privacy and accessibility

How we use your information is set out in the privacy policy; what we have done to make the site accessible, in the accessibility statement. Both are part of these terms.

8. Changes, governing law and language

We may update these terms; the binding version is the one on the site.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are heard by the courts of Ukraine under the rules of jurisdiction.

These terms are published in Ukrainian, English and Russian; in case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms and licences: +40 731 253 435 (phone and WhatsApp) or the contact page.
