Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
Stas Horovitz (Stas Tritus) («Stas Tritus», «we») is a private individual, the owner of this website (the «site») and the controller of the personal data collected on it within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» (the «Law»).
This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us: when you fill in the form on the site — your name, phone and, if you wish, your e-mail and message. If you write on WhatsApp, we see your number and your message.
You are not obliged to give us any data. Without a name and phone, however, we cannot get back to you.
Visit statistics: the site itself counts which pages were viewed and which site you came from. Only the page address and the referring site's address are stored — no cookies, no IP address and nothing that identifies you.
3. Why we use the data
To answer your enquiry (collaborations, remixes, licensing), to improve the site and to meet legal requirements. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form or a message, and the steps needed to conclude and perform a contract at your request.
We do not send you advertising without your separate, explicit consent.
4. Who receives the data
Only service providers working for us and on our behalf (data processors): site and database hosting, e-mail delivery. They are bound to keep the data confidential.
Some providers store data on servers outside Ukraine. Such transfers follow the Law's requirements for cross-border transfers of personal data.
The site sends the provider of the template it was built on a technical version check: only the site address and the browser type, without an IP address and without any data about you.
Apart from that, we do not pass your data to anyone unless the law, a court order or an authorised public body requires it.
5. Cookies, statistics and advertising
If the site owner connects Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel, they will load only after you click «Accept» in the cookie notice. They store cookies in the browser and send Google, Meta or TikTok (whichever is connected) a browser identifier, the pages viewed and actions on the site, to measure traffic and show relevant ads. These companies also use the data under their own privacy policies.
If you click «Decline», they do not load. You can change your choice at any time through «Cookie settings» at the bottom of the site; when you withdraw consent, these cookies are deleted from the browser.
6. Data security
We take organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, as the Law requires: the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), the control panel is password-protected and locks after several failed sign-in attempts, and only those who need it have access to the data. No protection is absolute, but we take generally accepted measures.
7. How long the data is kept
No longer than needed for the purposes above or than the law requires; after that the data is deleted.
8. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law you have, among others, the right to know what data about you is processed, for what purpose, where it came from and who it was passed to; to access your data; to demand that inaccurate or unlawfully processed data be corrected or destroyed; to object to processing; and to withdraw your consent. We will answer your request within the time limits set by the Law.
You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or go to court. EU residents also have rights under the GDPR.
9. Minors
The site is not intended to collect data from people under 18 without the consent of their parents or other legal representatives. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it.
10. Contact and changes to this policy
For any question or request about personal data: +40 731 253 435 (phone and WhatsApp) or the contact page.
We may update this policy. The binding version is the one published on the site; the date of the last update is at the top of the page. The policy is published in Ukrainian, English and Russian; in case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.
This is sample wording that comes with the site template, and the site owner has not yet confirmed it. The site owner publishes this document in their own name and is solely responsible for its content and for the site's compliance with the law, including accessibility requirements: they must have it checked by their own lawyer and adapted to the business's activity, appoint an accessibility coordinator and have the site checked by a certified accessibility professional.
